SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 to 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 7 days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up on working days if local. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup with the address and time.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3-7 working days using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fees are applied to orders automatically when purchasing the products and Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not ship outside of the UK at this time, by will be in the near future.

Return & Exchange Policy

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return or exchange for another product.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at simon@heartsandbooks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
